- Delegates without Hospitality includes : Conference Badge & Kit Folder (Notepad, Pen and Agenda), Inaugural / Valedictory functions, Conference Sessions, Entry for Trade / Exhibition area, Sessions Tea / Coffee, Participation Certificate.

Cancellation / Refund Policy
- Upto 30th March 2025 : 50% refund of registration fee.
- Upto 30th June 2025 : 20% refund of registration fee.
- Upto 31st July 2025 : 05% refund of registration fee.
- After 1st August 2025 : no refund will be given.
- All refunds will be paid after the completion of conference. Transfer charges for cancellation for refund must be covered by participants.
- Payment shall be refunded after 1 month of the conference. Refund includes only the registration base amount and does not include GST & card payment charges.
- All cancellation should be made in writing and sent at 59thiocvizag@gmail.com.
